Deadpool and wolverine

Deadpool and Wolverine, two of Marvel's most iconic anti-heroes, have been the subject of countless comic books, movies, and merchandise. But beyond the silver screen, these characters have also become powerful marketing tools. Let's dive into some of the most memorable marketing campaigns featuring these beloved figures. The benefits of deadpool is that the cahareter itself can break the forth wall. This allows them to make jokes about anything and everything. 


Aviation Gin: The Deadpool-Approved Cocktail

Aviation Gin, a craft American gin, made a splash in the marketing world with its hilarious commercials featuring Deadpool himself. Ryan Reynolds, the actor who portrays Deadpool in the films, is also the co-owner of Aviation Gin. The ads often featured Reynolds in character, delivering his signature witty and irreverent lines while showcasing the gin's unique flavour profile. They produced 6 different variants of the gin each with a different Deadpool logo on them. ( personally, mine has Deadpool swearing). But this just proves the power of marketing and especially having physical merchandise that is brought out with the film. 


Heineken 

Heineken became the deadpool and wolverine beer of choice for the movie as they filmed an ad in which deadpool steals all the adamantium from wolverines claws to make some indestructible beer cans.

Brewdog 

Though Brewdog was never featured in the film itself and is also a competitor to Heinekien BrewDog did create a limited edition can which then become the beer supplier of all the in-person events, for example, the red carpets. 

Other notable outreach that this movie touched was renaming the 2009 NSYNC music video bye bye bye to include the text “(Official Video from Deadpool and Wolverine)” they also had crayon drawings of deadpool and wolverine infiltrate all the other marvel film socal accounts by remaking all their profile pictures into
